For guests paying for a luxury gym membership at hundreds and thousands of dollars, the membership is horrible. Aside from the terrible and rude customer service, Lifetime will think of any way to make more money off of you. Their membership "includes" guest passes, however the more you look into it the more limited it actually is. You can only bring the same guest once every 60 days and they cannot use any of the amenities with you. Lifetime will charge them $80 extra to use their pool or courts. For paying as much money as you do, Lifetime does not value your membership. Even more so, the locations could not be less consistent. Every location has different amenities and everyone's amenities looks different. Some pools are small, some don't have tennis or pickleball or basketball, the whole experience is a zoo. For as much money as your paying, definitely join another gym who will value your membership and keep their locations consistent for you, allow your guest passes full access wi

I absolutely love this gym! Whether you're taking a class or doing your own workout, the environment really motivates you to push yourself and reach your goals. The variety of equipment and amenities is amazing, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and supportive. The instructors are incredible--they genuinely help, encourage, and hold you accountable, which makes such a difference in staying motivated. I actually find myself looking forward to going to the gym and challenging myself more each time. And finishing your workout with a sauna and steam session? You walk out feeling like a brand-new person! Highly recommend!

I just LOVE this gym!!! All the coaches are incredible! Great variety of classes from restorative yoga and pilates reformer to CrossFit and Orange Theory style for different fitness levels. The membership is not cheap, but it is worth the quality of workout that you get for it.
