  The instructors are very good especially Kim and Shira but the front desk team are very rude and their attitude is very bad when Im late to the class, I'm really thinking of quiet and leave the gym, they always ruined my happiness after the class. We are human and we have work, I leave my work and drive fast to get to the class.

We allow a 5-minute grace period, and after that we're not able to let members into class. The reason isn't to be inflexible, it's because the first few minutes are dedicated to warming up and joining after that can

  I am not a gym person. Femme has made me a gym person and now I've been going for almost a year. It's small, but it has everything you need. The owner takes excellent care of the facility. It's always looks and smells so clean. The staff and clientele are all helpful and welcoming. There is a wide range of classes to suit any interest. It's a very cozy, welcoming gym that you can tell the owner and staff take pride in. Also the fact that it's a women's only gym makes it so much more comfortable for me to work out. It may cost a bit more than your typical national chain gym, but it's worth it and I'd highly recommend it. Also, the owner is constantly investing in the gym and improving it. There's always something new going on.
