  Absolutely Fantastic Experience<br><br>I couldn't be happier with my experience renting through this company. From the very beginning, the process was seamless and stress-free. A special shoutout to the new employee who helped me throughout the process--he/she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything so easy.<br><br>And a special shoutout to Keisha as well! She was fantastic to work with, professional, responsive, and made the entire experience even better.<br><br>The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It was perfectly priced, completely renovated, and felt like an incredible value for what I was getting. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.<br><br>Overall, I'm absolutely ecstatic with my new apartment and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great rental and an easy, professional experience.

  The management office has been really wonderful this past few months, my mother is a resident and only speaks spanish and thankfully Keisha Otero has helped her wonderfully. They have an amazing manager Jima jefferson and Gent. I have no complaints my mother is in great hands.

  I'm pretty much new here I just wish they would send out memos to let you know that if they're going to be working on an apt nextdoor or upstairs I had to leave my apartment because I had a telephone interview my whole apartment was vibrating for 8 hours.

  My mother and I have been living in summit gardens Hackensack for almost a year now. We used to stay in Lodi but we didnt feel safe due to abuse in our personal lives and our location being exposed. Nargis and Joanne listened to our situation and were quick to accommodate moving us into Hackensack where we would start anew.<br>It was our first time getting an 2 bedroom apartment and it was tuff at first. But the new location in Hackensack gave me an my mother hope.<br>Our apartment may not be the biggest but it's on the second floor, very clean and up to date, actual warm water, has many many windows, the street is quiet, there's a large parking lot, the garage isn't too expensive, and anytime we need maintenance they're always available.<br>The laundry they provide is right under me too!<br>Everything is just very convenient here. My mother and I are very happy.<br><br>-The Lozadas

  This has been a great place to live with me and my family. Nargis is so very helpful. She has always been very helpful to me along with Priti. They have been very friendly, kind and professional. When there is an issue they always get it fixed. I'm grateful for SDK Summit Gardens. It's been a blessing to me and my family. ALL HONOR AND GLORY TO MY BLESSED HOLY FATHER GOD JEHOVAH GOD THE BLESSED HOLY LAMB LORD JESUS CHRIST AND BLESS THE HOLY GHOST !!

  I Loretta Bowie of apt 27-i Cambridge terrace Hackensack NJ 07601 has been renting here for roughly 9 year. From the very first day I've been pleased. The management team is top tear. Never leaving me to question why i made this move. All repairs are done in a timely fashion. I love everything about living here. Also, It's very clean and comfortable. We have off Street parking and onsite laundry rooms assessable 7 days a week. I'm never moving as I've finally found my comfort home.
