  Most filthy complex I have ever lived. The water bugs are huge. They are only willing to exterminate Wednesday morning. When ask if the exterminator can come around 3pm I was told no. There's mold everywhere in the bathroom. The laundry room is always dirty and tenants leave their belongings.

  THEY. HAVE. ROACHES. When I called maintenance to let them know, they sent an exterminator that did NOTHING. Dead roaches found all over the place, and they crawl through the kitchen cabinets.

  Maintenance enters your apartment WITHOUT notice - which I want to remind your company is ILLEGAL when not an emergency and in VIOLATION of our lease contract. Victor recommended that I get a Ring doorbell so I felt safer in my apartment. This was after he called his team member in front of me and had to reiterate to him many times that they cannot enter one's apartment without notice. (apparently, hard to grasp)<br><br>Terribly thin walls with out of control neighbors (think weekly police visits paired with constant fighting and booming music from morning through late evening).<br><br>Office staff aren't available or reliable - don't bother leaving a message, they won't call you back.<br><br>Garbage and recycling areas are not well kept. Regardless of how neat & clean you keep your apartment, there will be little, gross cockroaches with critters and birds in the roof.

  I am really giving this place a 4.5 star review only because there isn't much closet space at all in the bedroom. This is my second year living in my one bedroom apartment and it's really perfect for one person who doesn't have much stuff. Victor is very nice and was able to help me throughout my leasing process. The maintenance worker, Christopher, is great! He does it all the groundskeeping, plumbing, etc. The year and a few months I have been here, I have really only had two issues and Chris was able to fix them very promptly. It's a beautiful, walkable neighborhood and everyone seems pretty friendly here.

  These apartments need to hire a new office manager and staff. VICTOR IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, do not think twice about renting here, they only care about sucking you dry for your money. Make no repairs, SLUMLORD VICTOR!
