  Don't mistake the one star for this apartment complex being deserving even of that. My experience as a guest here was beyond awful, and after being patient for far too long, I feel prospective residents deserve to know what they may be walking into.<br><br>The conditions I personally encountered were appalling: fecal stains on walls and floors, cockroaches, and a persistent smell of urine throughout the building regardless of what floor you were on. These are not minor inconveniences or cosmetic complaints. They are basic cleanliness and sanitation issues that no tenant paying rent should have to live around.<br><br>The laundry facilities were another constant frustration. Washing machines and dryers regularly broken or out of service, making something as basic as doing laundry unnecessarily difficult. The overall condition and upkeep of the property consistently fell far below what I would consider acceptable for a "professionally managed" apartment complex. Be sure to tour the common

  was a little concerned after reading some of the older reviews, but it seems like the new management is really doing a great job. The maintenance service is very quick, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hallways can be a little warm, but the apartments themselves are all renovated and modern. Overall, it's definitely a great apartment for the price.

  I had a wonderful experience working with the leasing manager -Escaly. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided me step by step, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy.<br><br>I truly appreciated how responsive and patient she was, and she always made me feel like I was in good hands. Her knowledge and dedication made a big difference in my apartment search and move.<br><br>I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.
