Robert, the building superintendent, is incredibly reliable and efficient. Every work order I submitted through the management portal was addressed promptly and professionally. He is a valuable asset to the building.

Our Superintendent Robert, is wonderful! We can always depend on him. We let him know yesterday that our heat wasn't working and this morning he was at our door and installed a new thermostat. He tries to make sure everything is running properly like the Hot water. He is constantly cleaning to keep the building presentable. The management company should be proud to have an employee like Robert.

Would like to express appreciation for the new Superintendent, Robert. He is very well skilled in his trade. There has been great improvements to the building but management still holds back the necessity needed to update the building. I give five star to the Superintendent. Management needs to do more.

Stephanie was quick and responsive during the move in process. Love the light I get from my side of the building and my balcony. Also the super Robert has been really great!
