  I recently had the pleasure of interacting with the superintendent of Imperial Apartments - Mr. Daniel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. His friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge about the building and its amenities made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.<br><br>What truly stood out was the impeccable attention to detail that Mr. Daniel demonstrated. The building and apartments truly shined, reflecting his commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality. From the well-kept common areas to the flawless condition of the individual units, it was evident that he takes great pride in his work.<br><br>It's rare to encounter such a combination of skills and passion, and I feel fortunate to have met Mr. Daniel that goes above and beyond to create a positive living experience for Imperial Apartments residents. Someone give this man a raise!!!

  Very nice apartment and well maintained all time, all works done on urgent basis, property managers and assigned super take care of everything for the apartment.

  I have been living in this building for few years and very happy, Ms. Vera taking care of the building very good, she is highly respected, also management is doing great!

  THERE WAS A BREAK IN ABOUT A FEW WEEK AGO NO SECURITY CAMERAS , PEOPLE LEAVE THE FRONT DOORS UNLOCKED UNSAFE AND ON TOP OF THAT THE Management and Super don't us to talk about the break in , what! unbelievable. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FELLING SAFE , THE RENT IS NOT CHEAP ;( NOT GOOD
