  Service people where great but parking lot attendant or Machanic movie cars around speeding and driving reckless around a tow truck not cool at all will be avoided this place at all cost to much of a liability

  Always slow, rude, don't cate about you standing in front of them waiting, and on top give you wrong parts and answers to justify their failures.<br>Unless the world will collapse, don't get close to them

  Always long...(3+ hours)<br>And always expensive...<br>Today was the last time I use this location.<br>They asked if I want them to wash the car after the tire change ( should you ask if you need to return the car to the customer clean or dirty) and it took 1 hour to wash the car. They were changing 4 tires 2,5 hours, by the way...<br>I think this place takes more customers than they really can effectively serve.<br>And the service here is always very expensive... <br>Don't recommend this place to visit.

  I needed a few parts for a repair on my 2005 Camry and I did look online at the Toyota site but was not 100% sure on all the part numbers. Matt at the Parts Desk was very helpful, he confirmed the parts I did have right and then went deeper into the diagrams to find the other correct part numbers I neeed. He even gave me a couple of tips on those parts diagrams which will help me in the future. Thanks Matt, appreciate all your help!!"

  This review is for service team(or their team lead)<br><br>My 2nd visit for toyota care. Drove in with few hundred miles short from 20K service.<br>Was informed they will perform 15K mile service on a 19.5K mile driven car(LOL)<br><br>I said ok and came out to pick up the car later and found front windshield sticker indicating oil change was complete with next return date. This is awesome feeling when someone listens and pay attention to what they are doing.<br><br>Im greatly appreciated your preventive action! I usually stay away from dealer services but I think I will continue to visit this location. They have bright people working here.

  Excellent service -- everything was super fast. You can tell they have a system that works really well. I went in and Maria at the service counter took care of me exceptionally, and the advisor Susana was amazing too. Very grateful for the experience. Highly recommend this Toyota dealership for service -- 1000%!
