After a few months of the engine oil leaking issue. And spent a week to repair. Issues solved! And lent me a Brand new car!<br>Thanks to all the Toyota, Car Service team! ADMINISTRATIVE MALPRACTICE, PROPERTY DAMAGE & EXTORTIONATE GOUGING: Avoid the service lane at Parkway Toyota. In April 2022, I brought my pristine 2018 Toyota RAV4 (10k mi) for routine care and damp floorboards. They price-gouged me for an astronomical $2,090.00, including $149.50 specifically to clear the sunroof drains--the suspected source of the water intrusion. Not only did they completely fail to fix the leak, they held my vehicle "off-the-books" for 5 consecutive days to troubleshoot their own incomplete work, leaving my vehicle to suffer progressive water damage.While trapped in their exclusive possession, their personnel physically damaged my vehicle.<br><br>Upon retrieval, my trunk items were completely rearranged, and the rear hatchback liftgate door was severely misaligned, featuring an unexplained structural dip on the top left corner. Independent mechanical diagnostics later confirmed the damage occurred from the inside while the door was held open--completely debunking P
