  I moved in a few years ago and will not be renewing my lease.<br>The building is horribly run. It is disappointing because I used to love it here. Before you take the step to pay these rent prices to live here, take a second to think.<br>One, the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. They are nasty, always in a terrible mood, always on their phones. I cannot tell you how many times I have seen them sit there on their phones with sour faces while a pregnant woman or older person tries to open the door with full hands. They are relentlessly nasty. If you ask majority of the building, they have horrid experiences with them. Especially Joe. The misery, the sighing, the short temper and rudeness - it's a joke for the position which should be all about customer service. Just the overall attitude when you walk into your home is such a displeasing feeling. This issue alone is enough to not live in the building.   Though I am not a current resident of The Excelsior II, I recently had a very positive experience getting a tour of the building and select apartments. Sherrie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and provided all of the information I needed. It was a pleasure working with her!

  Hi, and thank you for sharing. Unfortunately, your side of the story is one sided and you failed to mention in your post that you passed 6 open parking spaces on our property which were just before the entrance of the "Private Tenant Parking Garage" that you ended up in. Visitors must park in our designated visitor parking areas. Where you were parked was not for visitors. Despite there being a sign that says "PRIVATE..." you continued to park there.   ZERO STARS ! terrible management, nasty staff, god awful people. even when there were other spots for residents to park and NO ONE in sight even needing to park, the manager Silvia and a rude bodyguard felt it necessary to BOTH berate a girl, alone, panicking from a popped tire, she was begging for the two to wait for the help she already called for and was minutes away. Cant imagine paying to live in a building and deal with these people's nasty attitude everyday.

  Hello and thank you for your post. You clearly don't know the facts and you were not present for any of this. Funny that the young lady parks illegally and when I instructed her to move her vehicle that somehow I am the bad guy.<br><br>To be clear, no one was rude to this young lady. The young lady was very nice however, she simply could not get through her head that she was ILLEGALLY parked and had to move her vehicle so the tenant could park in their PAID parking spot.
