  Dr. Alissa Zenack is truly one of the best doctors I've ever had. She takes the time to listen, understand, and genuinely care about her patients instead of rushing through appointments. It's rare to find a physician who combines such compassionate, holistic care with this level of dedication. She is incredibly patient, kind, and always goes above and beyond to help her patients, often making every effort to fit people into her schedule even when she's extremely busy. Her commitment to providing quality care does not go unnoticed. I encourage everyone to be patient and understanding with her. She's one person doing her absolute best to care for so many people, and the time she gives each patient is part of what makes her such an exceptional doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Alissa Zenack to anyone looking for a physician who truly puts her patients first.

  I had a very frustrating experience with Top Notch Pediatrics. Before my appointment, I confirmed my insurance multiple times. I sent them an email, completed all the required forms, and even provided pictures of both the front and back of my insurance card. No one informed me there was any issue with my coverage.<br><br>However, after arriving to the appointment, they suddenly told me they do not accept my insurance and said I would have to pay $200 out of pocket if I still wanted to be seen. This should have been verified before my appointment, especially after they already had all my insurance information ahead of time.<br><br>As a new parent, this caused unnecessary stress and wasted my time. I would recommend they improve their communication and insurance verification process so other patients do not go through the same experience.

  Dirty, dirty place. They place you on hold for 15 minutes. To pull records all other doctors no charge. This place $35 + other fees and it takes 30 days.

  I wish I could provide a better review but there is so much that is not right with this doctor's office. First of all, the carpets in the waiting room are filthy and look like they have not been vacuumed for months. The front desk staff does not exhibit any costumer service skills- the people I encountered during my daughter's two office visits were playing with their phones while I waited for the visit for 30-45 minutes (I was on time). They are also doubling as nurses though not sure if they are certified at all, guessing from their lack of professionalism. When requesting any forms for school, and now the records (as we are changing the provider), they charge all kinds of unjustified fees ($35 and up) and forms take weeks to be prepared- it is hard to understand why. If one needs them quicker, they'll be glad to provide the forms at an additional charge ('expediting fee'). When I called today to make a payment, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. The doctor herself is fine, but I can
