I went to this office when I was younger, I did not like it at all, they don't have any respect on the times THEY give you to come in. You get to go in for your appointment 2 hours after the actual time. It has happened to me when I was younger, and now to my brother; when you call they don't pick up the phone, I've had to go in person to make an appointment.

I've been coming here since 2020. The doctor and her assistant have always been great with my girls, and I truly appreciate them. Unfortunately, I can't continue coming here anymore. The nurse takes messages but I rarely receive a call back, and the receptionist is not the friendliest.<br>The wait time is usually 2-4 hours just to speak with the doctor for five minutes, and it has been this way for years. I will miss the doctor, but the other day my daughter needed to be seen and I called about five times with no answer. I had no choice but to take her to the emergency room.<br>Why take on so many new patients if the office can't handle the volume?

I absolutely love the Doctor, Nurses, and staff but the wait is absolutely out of hand. I don't even bother coming on time anymore and even then I am waiting we'll over 30 minutes ,45 minutes, an hour! Meanwhile you have to wait in the car and let me tell you if you're not prepared to sit with sick children in a vehicle its such a pain in the butt! The whole experience has really become a nightmare. I don't want to look for another pediatrician but I can't with the wait time anymore. Waiting over an hour every time is just outrages. Will I find better I don't know. In the meantime I'll be waiting ever so patiently in the parking lot being terrorized by my children<br>-update-<br>I left and I'm so glad I did. Never looked back
