Dr. Z is thoughtful and thorough. She cares about my child's health holistically, and asks about EVERY part of his life. She isn't rushing or dismissive of concerns. Such a good good Doctor!

She was our paediatrician 5 years ago and we still miss her. I have nothing but praise for Dr.Zenack. I remembered she said I won't remember your names because we'll be Naila and Etin's parents...so doc if by any chance you read your reviews...just to say hello and we miss you, all the best from Etin and Naila

Amazing physician. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. She takes her time with every patient, you never feel rushed and she is always reachable in case of an emergency. Both of my daughters are always looking forward to their visit. I highly recommend this pediatrician.

Dr. Zenack's office submits FALSE CLAIMS to insurance.. they have the SHADIEST billing practices. they will schedule you for a morning appointment and then charge the insurance for an "off hours" office visit. also we paid our balance in cash in the office, were not given a receipt & they continued to say that we owed the balance. but the icing on the cake was when they billed our insurance for an office visit that NEVER HAPPENED. my daughter hasn't been to that office in 3-4 years yet somehow they're claiming she had a visit in July with a strep test? definitely contacting our insurance and a lawyer.

Do yourself a favor and go to the next doctor unless you are interested in getting a disease walking into this office.<br><br>Also, front desk assistants could be much better.
