I've been living in Villa Malta for 6 years now. The only problem I have with Ridgetop is the thin walls and floors. And there is no used of making a complaint to management. Miguel is the Best!!

I have lived at Villa Malta for a little over 2 years and we have had a great experience. The apartments are modern and cozy and it's a very quiet building. Miguel (the building super/maintenance) is the absolute best. He is so friendly and makes sure everything is taken care of in a timely manner. We're lucky to call him a friend. Management can be a little bit more flexible but overall an extremely satisfying experience.
