I have lived in this Cambridge Manor Apartment located in Hackensack for close to two years. It was a wonderful living experience as it was clean, amenities are great as all appliances and brand new and stainless steel. Most importantly the washer-dryer unit is kept separately and can be used for plenty of storage. Entire Apartment was freshly painted and it was an open concept kitchen. Commute is good as all the grocery, theatre, restaurants, NYC, Train station are just a couple of mins away. Also the maintenance was good in and around the Apartment and was timely. The management is very polite and helpful at all the times. I am very glad I chose this apartment and my family was very happy living in there. I strongly recommend to choose these apartment for a wonderful renting & living experience.

We lived in this community for two years. The community is generally quiet, well organized, and kept clean, but unfortunately we had to move out due to ongoing and unresolved issues with a neighbor on the second floor. We reported the situation several times; however, the office was unable to take effective action or resolve the problem.The standout and best part of our experience was Miguel, the superintendent. He is truly exceptional--always on top of everything, extremely responsive, and genuinely cares about the property and the residents. The complex is as clean and well maintained as it is because of him. Anytime we needed help, maintenance, or had a request, Miguel handled it quickly and professionally.
