  Job Consisted Of: Deck Removal, Retaining Walls Installation, Drainage, Paver Patio, Pool Coping, Steps and Walkways.<br><br>Fil and his team at Balitano construction are phenomenal. From day #1 the communication was exceptional. The team was patient with us and met us at the supply store and walked us through all of our available options. I bring this up because many contractors will supply you with a pamphlet with minimal options, designs and colors to choose from. That was definitely not the case with Fil and his team. They took the time to meet my wife and I at the supply store and walk us through all of the available options to us. Fil himself was routinely at the job site checking in and monitoring the job and holding his brand accountable.<br><br>I would also like to raise another topic in this review. As with many jobs, sometimes there are unexpected things that may occur. I had chosen Cambridge pavers for my pool patio. Due to nobody's fault, unfortunately when the pavers arri

  I just finished working with Balitano on a very challenging hardscape project with extremely limited access for machinery. From start to finish, their communication was excellent -- they kept me informed at every stage and always discussed options clearly. I'm an architect and quite particular about how things get positioned and finished and was very pleased with the level of consideration and attention to detail. There were grading issues that I wasnt quite sure myself how they would get resolved and they figured it all out and talked me through their solutions. Their crew will ask all the right questions and their problem-solving skills were outstanding. The craftsmanship really showed in the final product. Highly recommended.

  Balitano was a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and courteous staff went above and beyond during the construction at my home. Their team created a beautiful design for my home and it was delivered in a timely fashion. I received several quotes from contractors and Balitano was not the cheapest but their ideas and designs were exactly what I was looking for! They did an amazing job and worth every cent! They also addressed any issues we had after the construction was completed. you really get what you pay for and they back up their work 100%. Hard to find that guarantee and trust in a contractor anymore.
