  After a year of living in this new townhome, it's evident the property was not well-built. We've experienced numerous issues within the first few months, such as creaking floors, splitting staircase boards, HVAC problems, and paint chipping on both walls and cabinets, all pointing to poor craftsmanship and material quality. While new constructions do settle, the extent of these problems indicates significant underlying structural deficiencies. Our attempts to resolve these issues through the one-year new homeowner warranty have been met with considerable difficulty; warranty administrators have either refused coverage or provided ineffective repairs. A common sentiment among neighbors is frustration towards the warranty administrators and regret over purchasing homes in this community.
