I had a very disappointing experience at It's Jamie Nail & Beauty. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely unwelcome. Everyone looked at me as if I didn't belong there, which immediately made me uncomfortable. What was even more disappointing was that no one greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or asked if I needed assistance. Basic customer service starts with making clients feel welcome, and unfortunately that was completely missing during my visit.<br><br>Whether or not you have an appointment, every customer deserves to be greeted with professionalism and respect. First impressions matter, and this experience left me feeling ignored and unwelcome. I hope the business works on improving its customer service so future clients don't have the same experience. If I could I would give them no stars to be quite honest.

First time and never coming back,I called and made an appointment and ask if they did Polly gel manicure and regular pedicure the guy on the phone said yes.<br>Once I was talking to my tech she ask me what I wanted I told the the same Pollygel and regular pedicure all good until we get to my hands and surprise they don't do pollygel,I was fine with that and she did a great job.<br>I paid for my service but didn't tip because i didn't get the service I wanted the front guy called me out as I was walking out and shout you didn't tip her in front of a full house I ended up giving the girl $10 but I felt embarrassed and exposed
