Run don't walk. Came to do a job involving a leaking faucet in the shower. First quote upon arrival $400 and something. After refusal on my part and calling the office job reduced to $300 and change. Was told however if the pipe needed to be cut it would be $1,600. Paid the $80 service call and called someone else. Job completed with the pipe being cut for $200 TOTAL. I also have the $1,600 written estimate for anyone who doubts this. How could there be a $1,400 difference. I definitely felt like I was being robbed. I guess no wonder they need to merge with another company to stay in business.

Takes advantage of customers. Very expensive for a simple job. Charges for estimates. Charge has no relation to time, materials, or job difficulty. Justifies excessive charge as "the going rate". Enough said?

These are the Guys to use; High Quality is an understatement!! Bryan, louis and Harry were super clear and detailed with the scope of work and all the options available. They let you know beforehand if there were any issues or concerns detected. I loved how they were punctual and send you ETA alerts on their arrival too. I highly recommend using them if you need high quality expeditious work.

Extremely reliable and professional plumbing service. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and thoroughness of Dominick who replaced my corroded kitchen tail and p-trap and declogged everything. He thoroughly tested everything for potential leaks and backflows in the kitchen and basement pipes. He was very, polite, professional and neat. I have used this service in the past and will continue to rely upon them for all my future plumbing needs.
