My parents own a business so I know how much it affects to give a negative review and I usually never give them but this place truly has been the worst experience I've had... I booked a 60 min massage through Classpass's at 7. When I got there they left me 40 minutes waiting cause clearly they were overbooked and when I was naked on the bed waiting for the massage and the owner FINALLY came to start the massage she stated asking me about my appointment saying she couldn't find it which is something you talk BEFORE being naked on a bed after waiting 40 minutes. Terrible customer experience and treatment and I ended up leaving from the terrible in le experience with no massage and losing my money. I had to call Classpass's and fight with them to get my money back. I even paid a nanny for my newborn baby for that hour I worked so hard to find in my schedule cause I really needed to decompress and left in tears way more stressed. This was by far the worst massage I've had. It's not the first time visiting the place. It was my fourth. And this time it was terrible. I was pinched for 90mins. I tried explaining how I prefer the massage and she did not comply. Then I called afterwards to tell the manager and her response was well maybe you did not like her style. What style ? It's deep tissue massage there's no style. Pinching is not style. And the manager proceed to tell me that next time we can assign someone new. Well there's no next time especially after the way she replied. Assigning a beginner to a 90 minutes deep tissue massage is simply unprofessional, and not addressing the issue afterwards is even worse. My neck muscles hurt more than before I came in. Never again

My friend took my ailing father yesterday to get a massage for the first time and it will be my last. Because as she went to pick him up, the masseuse followed my friend's dad to the parking lot to demand a tip. Said minimum is $15 and wouldn't take anything less. First of all tip is gratuity is not obligated and something to be forced upon. Also you embarrassed someone who is already going through a lot being sick and you turned the one joy he could've had into a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place at all
