A few months ago I was too lazy to change the oil myself so I dropped it off here. They charged me $160 just for an oil change. The oil change itself was fine. But now that a few months have passed and I'm trying to do it myself, I find out they locked the oil drain plug down with an impact wrench -- it will not come loose with hand tools no matter what. Same with the oil filter: they used an impact on the removal bolt that's only supposed to be used for taking it off and cranked it down ridiculously tight.<br>What kind of psycho uses an impact wrench for a goddamn oil change? Overpriced and the work is pure garbage. Absolutely do not recommend.
