    A stunning Place to live! We will never lose our beautiful view of NY because Veteran's Field can never be built upon it. I just love this place! Freddy, the doorman, and door lady are fabulous. The neighbors are very friendly. I just love waking up to this wonderful view. It makes me feel alive.

    I would say the best part of living here is the nice doorman, but they fired the only friendly one (the other one can't be bothered to open the door for you or be at all helpful). Elevator broke twice in the year-ish we were here. Apartment is old, drafty, poor heat/AC, poor toilets, etc. Soundproofing isn't great so we hear a ruckus at the neighbors every day. In short... Would never recommend living here unless you need to be in Edgewater and you need to do it cheaply.

    Agreed about doorman Yaya. But unable to agree about your other points. We all live here in this Riverview on the Park condo are very happily satisfied. Best location, nice transportation to NY, perfect river and Manhattan view through the Veterans Field park, good parking, nice neighbors etc... at a reasonably low condo price. Happy to live here.
