Deceptive packaging and branding regarding gluten! Not safe for people with celiac and should frankly be shut down for their dangerous and misleading practices... hard to believe it isn't illegal.

Wife ordered mookies to be delivered from online. They never came and since we didnt purchase insurance (seriously insurance for a box of cookies!?) all they would offer is 30% off a new order. Never going back here as they scammed us for our money as we did not receive the product.

ordered from their online company and the cookies are disgusting both gluten free and regular. they charge 40$ a box and they fall apart before they even get to your mouth. i've reached out twice to try to resolve this but no response. they just take your money and run. DO NOT give this company your money . you will regret it .<br><br>AFTER BEING RESPONDED TO THIS REVIEW I EMAILED HER AND NO RESPONSE.

Ordered a dozen cupcakes from cupcakes.com which are supplied by Dana's Bakery, I found out later.<br><br>They came in an enormous box, with insulated wrapping, cold gel packs, and lots of air. The actual box of desserts was small, about the size of a large textbook. One dozen "normal" (not mini) cupcakes inside, each about the volume of two ping pong balls.<br><br>The cake was a bit dry, the frosting was overly firm and slid off the cake in one overly sweet mouthful. The cake itself was probably two bites.<br><br>So a dozen cupcakes for $79 at two bites each? That's over $6.50 per cupcake. For how they tasted, they would have been too expensive at half the price. What a rip off.<br><br>No wonder cupcakes.com doesn't provide any sense of scale in their photos.<br><br>Cannot recommend unless you have money to burn and would rather look at treats than eat them.

The owner is absolutely wonderful!! The cookies I ordered were out of stock, so she herself called me and arranged for a replacement that would be here for my son's birthday . I have never dealt with a company whose owner takes such pride in their business that she would call herself . We order from Dana's regularly and we are all obsessed with her cookies!! Everything we have gotten has been so delicious and fresh!! Worth the money, you won't get any better gluten free products elsewhere I promise !! Forever a huge fan of Danas !!
