One thing I enjoyed about working with this company is their attention to details. I appreciate the follow up and updates. Mother nature will always cause unexpected delays. Good Guys Pools planned ahead and communicated theor plans effectively. Thank you for a great experience!

Unfortunately, we never received the services we had signed the contract for. They were not responsive despite multiple attempts to contact them through phone and emails regarding missed appointments. BUYER BEWARE. They are quick to take your money without honor to complete services.

We recently had our pool liner replaced and new corner steps installed by Good Guys Pools, and the entire experience was outstanding.<br><br>Charles, the project manager, was phenomenal from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, always answered my questions, and consistently returned my calls. It's rare to find that level of communication and customer service these days.<br><br>The installation team was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to every detail. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the pool looks amazing.<br><br>If you're looking for a company that stands behind their work and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Good Guys Pools. Thank you to Charles and the entire team for a fantastic job!
