  I cannot thank Asad and Prosolve enough<br><br>I guarantee you haven't worked with a CPA like Asad and his team at Prosolve, and the reason I can say that is because I've closed hundreds of deals which is how I earned the name the Business Broker King and in all those years working with CPAs across the entire nation I've never seen anyone operate the way he does.<br><br>We brought him in on a $9M car wash acquisition and from day one he and his team delivered a quality of earnings report that was on a completely different level from what I'm used to seeing in this market. The quality of the earnings report got the lender comfortable, and Asad personally jumped on calls with the investors and walked them through every detail, answering every question until there was nothing left to discuss.<br><br>And then just when I thought the job was done he came back and said let me look at your tax situation and he put together a purchase price allocation plan with a legal entity structure that sa
