  I started my fitness journey in July of 2023. I was always able to lose fat but I could never build muscle. Muscle mass shapes you so I was never able to truly reach my fitness goals. I had accepted that being a muscle mami just wasn't in the cards for me until I joined PRX. In 6 months I put on muscle mass I'd been told would take me years! PRX showed me I was never delusional and my dreams were well within my reach. I just had to be willing to work for them. Everything from the owner, PRX bred trainers/OGs, to the new community members align. Everyone's goals may not be the same, but the PRX family understands that this journey is you vs you. We are all here to support, uplift, and inspire one another as we navigate beyond our self perceived limits. If there was any hesitation let this be your sign to take the leap of faith and try a class.

  I've been training with Yusuf since 2016, and the woman I see in the mirror today would've never imagined she'd grow to love herself the way she does now. Because of him, I've not only gained confidence, but I truly fell in love with fitness the challenges, the strength, the discipline, and the growth.<br><br>And the best part? I can proudly say I am an athlete.<br><br>This was year 3 of my girls and I having the courage to take on the NYC HYROX, and we absolutely killed it. The feeling of crossing that finish line is something I can't even put into words.<br><br>None of it would've been possible without Yusuf and the PRX community pushing us, believing in us, cheering us on, and never allowing us to give up.<br><br>Thank you, PRX, for being such a huge part of my growth, my strength, and honestly...my sanity.<br><br>And if you haven't found your gym yet, honey, I have good news...PRX is definitely the place to be.   I've been following Yusuf on IG since I started this journey of mine. I would join his free live sessions Wednesday night because I would not be able to make it to NYC but fast forward to now when he made his first post about opening his new gym in Englewood I WAS SUPER EXCITED! Now we are here finally able to HAVE THIS WONDERFUL PLACE, THE COMMUNITY, & THE BEST TRAINER guide us and MAKE US BETTER! I promise you, if you're serious about changes come try ONE class that's all you need to keep coming back!!

  I've been coming here for a while now, and I can honestly say every single class is a banger! I know I'm going to leave feeling stronger, challenged, and proud of myself. The workouts are always well thought out, push you in the best way possible, and never get boring.<br>What really sets this gym apart is the community. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely wants to see each other succeed. It's the kind of place where you actually look forward to showing up.<br>The owner truly cares about every member's journey and transformation. You can tell this isn't just a business--he's invested in helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident, no matter where they're starting from.<br>If you're looking for a gym that delivers amazing workouts, real accountability, and a community that feels like family, this is the place. I couldn't recommend it more!

  PRX Englewood is truly HOME. I started training with PRX back in 2020 during the pandemic and it has been life changing. Yusuf is an amazing trainer, coach, leader and supporter. He is one of few trainers who truly pushes you beyond your limit because of the greatness he sees within you. The energy he embodies makes you want to push harder and be stronger both mentally and physically. He has impacted my life and journey tremendously and not only transformed my physical but my mental and spiritual as well. Yusuf is truly a blessing to the community and has provided a safe space for women to come as their authentic selves and feel confident in owing their strength. If you're looking for a family oriented, supportive community and amazing, dedicated trainer, PRX Englewood is the place to be. And let's not forget to mention the fact that you can get your meal prep, supplements and protein at the gym as well . Give one class a try. I promise you, you'll be coming back for more.
