  I was a patient for 16 years and have had several cancerous skin spots removed etc. Then I was just dumped by this office when they no longer accepted BlueCross BlueShield of NJ. I finally found a new doctor, who asked me to have Dr. Ruhl's office fax my medical records and when I called to handle this, they treated me as if I was asking for someone else's medical records and practically hung up in my face. What is wrong with people these days? Do people actually remember customer service? You would think this is especially true when it comes to healthcare and treatment of human beings searching for medical help.

  Dr. Ruhl helped me when I suffered a relatively brief bout of alopecia areta and I could not have been happier with the results and her professionalism. 10/10 recommend

  Was very curious to go to her office because of the five stars<br>but when i came inside the office the staff was very rude this is the Hackensack location ,they told my son to wait outside the building even though it was raining he came in to help me fill out the papers due to my eyes and skin problem and they wanted us to wear mask<br>that they would not provide , and with a bad attitude ,so we left wit out see the Doctor ,i called the doctor in half hour the Doctor didn't want to talk to me if i didn't have an appointment, to explain to her about me bad ,horrible experience that no should go through .would not step again into this office .if i can put no star i would ,.and i am always a very positive person .bad staff

  Best Dermatologist I have seen. I have seen her 3 times and my wife also goes to her. If you live within proximity to the Hackensack area there is no reason to see any other dermatologist. Dr. Ruhl is the best!
