  Do not shop here if you can avoid it. The staff are generally rude. But more significantly, they will lie to you about product availability. We ordered furniture to be delivered in advance of our baby being born. The staff represented to us that the products we selected were available as we were concerned about delivery time. Just flat lies. We are now dealing with a backorder issue and PB has confirmed that the product was on backorder when we placed it. Delivery is now expected way after our son will be born. Take your business elsewhere, to more honest salespeople.

  You WILL buy something even if you just plan to window shop at this beautiful store.<br><br>We have been to the PBK location at Short Hills mall in the past and we're shopping for a toddler chair cover, which's zipper came off recently and got here since we were at Paramus.<br><br>They have a well maintained shop, which most of the PBK locations do and the staff attend to you personally through your time, which again most of the PBKs do too :)<br><br>They have a variety of items from various collections from crib to toys and is good stop for all about to be, new and relatively old parents. We ordered a new cover with a customized name printed (removed it digitally here) with a small wait time.<br><br>Since it's in a mall the weekend parking was so much in demand and is purely based on your luck to find one sooner and closer to the entrance.

  Very disappointed at this location, two ppl were chatting in the register and ignoring us for a pretty 20 mins. Saw I need help but seems really bothered. Don't know how pottery barn kids trained there employees but the pottery barn across seems really friendly and greeting to us, which I thought pottery barn kids supposed to be more friendly and kind. Never shopping at this location ever in my life.

  Love this store, they have amazing products and great staff. My recliner button was broken, and when I called the main corporate line, they were not helpful at all (out of warranty and no recommendation for where to fix it). Called the store to find out if there was a preferred local company that fixed recliners. Donna said that I still had a warranty and escalated it on her end. In a week, I had my recliner fixed. Please note that I wasn't complaining or asking for her to fix it; I was just trying to figure out who could fix it for me in Bergen County. This was above and beyond!

  This is such a nice store filled with amazing clothing, bedding, toys, puzzles, and many other goods for kids and infants. The store is bright, beautifully organized and has exceptional quality products. They also have a lot of the festive season products too for gifting.<br><br>We went to the store to check out the Disney Princess comforter and pillows for our daughter. It was thick and soft, loved the quality. Most of the items are very expensive, since it is Pottery Barn. The associates at the store are very friendly. They checked on us multiple times and assisted us with questions about different products.
