  NOEL was extremely informative and straight forward. Easy to have a conversation with and very helpful. Good to know there are still good and honest service people out there.

  Noel came and measured, sent thru a quote, and after our acceptance his installer came and right away said there is no way this will be able to do what you need. If he installs it, its my problem but it will not work for me. I thanked him for being honest and did not go ahead with the install. Noel and company is refusing to refund my $750 deposit.

  i called this am someone suggested ton facebook to call them<br>i called this am they came in a few hours noel is the nicest guy small local company fixed my issues right away i would recomend him to anyone

  I had an fantastic experience with Noel from Freedom Stairlifts. We had an Acorn stairlift in my parents house. My mother recently passed away so the stairlift is no longer needed as we are preparing to sell the property. Acorn would not buy back nor take the unit away for us, but they did offer to come to the house and uninstall it for $600.00. We would then have to figure out how to get rid of it. Noel came to the house and dismantled the the stairlift and took it away at NO CHARGE to me. Yes he may someday resell it if it fits somewhere or use it for parts to reapir a unit for someone and I am ok with that. These units are expensive and if he can help someone out who can't afford a brand new one or if he can repair one faster because he has our parts in stock that is great! Noel did a very professional job. He was courteous, professional, fast and very careful in the removal process. If you have any stairlift needs call Noel at Freedom Stairlift.

  Noel was very polite and honest with me. He sent Alex the next day to fix my Accorn curved chairlift. I had called Accorn and can't hardly reached them in the phone. Their machine was full and weee not taking messages. I finally got them on the phone and gave me wrong information and wanted me to pay in full before coming! Plus they gave me a choice of two plans to choke from, ahead of time , without servicing my chair first! Furthermore, could not give me an appointment. I had to call the next day to find out. Whereas, Noel was promo and sent a competent technician the next day. The prices were a bit pricey, but I guess they have to be for an expensive chair lift! Thanks guys! I will never call Accorn for service!

  This morning I call freedom stairlift I spoke with Noel very professional Person and He try to help us out as fast as possible He understood the problem and a prompt time near two hours he send me a technician. Jose, which His .knowledge of the problem and it fixed it right away Good job jose great work .thank you guys Well recommended !! ......You deserve the five stars.*****
