Dr. Dugan and his staff are really friendly. I was there to get an extraction done and was very nervous about the pain. He kept on a very positive attitude and was very communicative and friendly during the whole process. He really Helped me calm my nerves and not just that but also made my dental extraction easier, painless and quick. I appreciate the help! Would definitely recommend

I've had a chipped front tooth for more than a decade, but it wasn't too bad I was able to live with it. 3 months ago, at this office the dentist strongly encouraged me he could restore it. Well 3 months later whatever restore he did is gone but now it's worse probably from whatever prep work he did to that tooth. Now I have to get it restored. I asked chat gpt and it replied to the correct way to restore a chipped front tooth is Veneer or a Crown. This dentist has lost all credibility in my book, so I have no intentions of ever going back.

I don't know what is going here - he seemed a fine dentist to me. No problems with him or his office. Not a high-tech experience where you'll be listening to spotify and making a new best friend - but you'll get your teeth fixed.

Don't bother trust me. My review would be to long to even write. He was rude, abrasive when I wanted my x-rays because I wanted a second opinion. I'm very respectful because I give respect.
