Dr. Moon explains everything kindly and provides excellent treatment tailored to each patient's situation. Since he offers detailed consultations in Korean, it is a place in New Jersey where you can receive treatment with confidence. I would not recommend this dentist. My experience over the past 2 years was very negative. Dr Moon did not "like" my insurance. He wanted me to take a higher deductible plan so he would get more reimbursement money. As a result, he did little to no work and I suffered with 2 ill fitting and deteriorating bridges for 2 years. Fortunately for me, he no longer accepted my dental plan as of January 2026 and I was forced to find another dentist. As of today, March 11, 2026, My new dentist, who accepts my same insurance, has performed a root canal to save a tooth and replaced both bridges all through the same insurance. Get a second opinion immediately if you do not like the care you are given from Dr. Moon.

I'm sorry to hear your negative review. However, we like to hear true review with facts. We did "no work" because you did not let us do any work due to large copays. Copays are set by your plan. We have no control over that. We did not force you to change the plan. We described to you the difference copays between hmo and ppo plans. Certain procedures were recommended but you did not let us do the work because of large copays.
