  I just found out I am 7 weeks pregnant and this Drs office was highly recommended to me. I confirmed my pregnancy. Very good news! Made an appointment for ultrasound called the drs office 1 day before my appointment making sure my sister and my boyfriend are able to be in the room and the young lady said it was fine. I get a call back 2 minutes later a woman named SANDY told me I wasn't allowed to have her in the room but after the first ultrasound they both can be in the room I asked why and she said because there's wires in the room. I asked what is the difference between this appointment and next if i was in the same room. Couldn't answer me. I explained that i would feel comfortable with my sister there to experience this with me. she told me it's not what i wanted. So we went back and forth because i wasn't going to allow anyone to speak to me that way. She told me if I didn't like the way, they practiced there to find somewhere else to go, and I told her that she's miserable, and

  <br><br>My sister's experience with this office was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. During what should have been a positive and supportive time in her pregnancy, she was treated with a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and compassion.<br><br>Without a clear explanation or legitimate justification, my sister was abruptly terminated as a patient. When she reached out seeking answers and clarification, she was met with dismissive and disrespectful treatment rather than the professionalism one would expect from a healthcare facility. Instead of receiving clear communication regarding the decision, she was left feeling ignored, confused, and unfairly treated.<br><br>Additionally, a staff member named Sandy, who works closely with Dr. Cheatam, displayed an unprofessional attitude toward my sister during her visits to the office. While Sandy was not the individual my sister spoke with over the phone, her interactions in person came across as dismissive, unfriendly, and lacking

  I recently recommended my very close friend go here for her first baby. I think Dr. Cheatam is an amazing doctor she delivered lots of babies in my family . But With that being said her front office staff is terrible. Especially Sandy, she is rude and will make your doctor's appointments miserable. Which is exactly how she was to my close friend all because she wanted her sister in the US room for support . And if you don't ask for the results of your testing they will NEVER call you . A family member of mine went into labor and they sent NONE of her information to the hospital mind you she was high risk .... It was so bad that she had pre -prepared for this to happen and had all her paper work with her luckily .She even told my friend she loved dr.cheatam but would never go back because of her office staff and she recommended my friend do the same .Before you pick to go to this office please please look at the reviews and you will see a pattern. Look out for you and your baby and DONT

  I believe she is the manager there, and her behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a doctor's office, and people should be treated with courtesy and respect. The way she speaks to people is controlling, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for a healthcare setting.<br>Working with the public requires professionalism and compassion. Her attitude came across as hostile and unpleasant. The doctor should consider hiring staff who treats people with basic decency and respect.

  This place was horrible they were harrasing me for my insurance before I could even be seen, the doctor came in said she going to prescribe me some meds and I never got them I just didnt even go back place very unprofessional
