  We called him to fix a door. He came and took the dimensions. For two whole weeks he kept giving us times that he will come and never kept it. He never replies to texts or answer calls after you try to confirm or follow up. When I called him to tell him let us know if you are coming or not so we can get someone else if you are not, he replied yes get someone else.

  Very very poor customer service!!! It literally feels like you are chasing someone to do the job. It's almost 10 days and I keep texting and calling. Either reply and say something and can't keep it or just don't answer. Not reliable at all.

  Thoroughly impressed & satisfied with Infinity Glass for a frameless shower enclosure - start to finish. The company's founder, Oscar, is entirely professional and trustworthy. He and his brother, Joseph, arrive on time, immediately getting to work. Their expertise and priority for precision and quality is obvious. I watched a large part of the installation, noticing that Oscar was spending a lot of time crafting a small corner piece. I asked if there's a problem. Oscar replied "no, but the glass needs to seat and align perfectly." That was very reassuring to me and, indeed, when the glass was finally assembled it aligned perfectly, no doubt because of Oscar's attention. I'll also mention that Infinity's pricing was (much) better than area competitors. I highly recommend Infinity Glass.
