I've had a great experience with Fairview Apartments. Milda is an excellent property manager--she is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the property. Whenever there's an issue or concern, she makes sure it's addressed promptly and respectfully.<br><br>Efrain is also a great superintendent. He is reliable, hardworking, and always willing to help whenever something needs attention. It's clear that both Milda and Efrain take pride in their work and in making Fairview Apartments a comfortable place to live.<br><br>Overall, I highly recommend Fairview Apartments. Having a great property manager like Milda and a dependable super like Efrain makes a big difference. Five stars!

Doorman has instability . He has trouble understanding what people are trying to politely explain. Not sure what he is doing at a front desk where he has to deal with people all day

Had an apartment tour at the Fairview yesterday , and I have to say, the gentleman at the lobby reception was absolutely wonderful! So sweet, welcoming, and caring. You can genuinely tell he loves his job and takes pride in making people feel comfortable. Such a great first impression!
