  We had done months of research trying to find the perfect spot in CT for our 1 year old (and an occasional NYC commute)...but we were admittedly a little lost until we found Brianna. She has young kids like us and has lived/worked in Fairfield, Redding, and other towns we were interested in, so that was an obvious benefit. But even if you're not in that particular phase of life, we can confidently recommend her to any prospective buyers for her honesty, communication, knowledge, and availability. She found time for multiple private showings on short notice, and quickly responded to any texts or calls to discuss our options. She's obviously got more than one client, but she made us feel like her true top priority. I'm not sure we would have landed our dream home if not for her ability to relay information so quickly between us and the selling agent (long story). And when we got stressed about committing to this big investment, she talked us off about 3-5 ledges, and we're so thankful sh

  Hard to find sufficient superlatives when describing our experience buying our new home with Brianna's expert assistance.   Working with Brianna was an outstanding experience. She helped us simultaneously buy and sell in Redding, which is difficult to do in this market. We wanted to find somewhere to live before listing our house, and once it was a go, she had our house beautifully photographed and listed within days. We were able to sell in one weekend for over asking. She helped us navigate some difficult circumstances on the buy side, and was even at the house after we closed to help us remove some unwanted items left by the previous owner. A true professional that made a stressful process much more manageable. Highly recommend working with her!

  Brie was an amazing realtor! It's very rare and difficult to find a realtor that puts you the client first and foremost and she did just that. Not only did Brie expertly handle every situation, she took the time to teach me and my wife about any element of the process until we felt fully informed and comfortable about making a decision. We cannot recommend her enough and if it wasn't for the fact that she got us our forever home we would work with her again in a heartbeat!
