Never have I opened a bank acct I am from Utah and now they accessed my work paycheck saying that I changed my routing number and acct to their bank but I did not give permission nor give access grant

you guys got my money for 2 month's you are a scam you don't help me to get my taxes return and I haven't received anything and you don't make a case and you dont fix the information in my page of my taxes it said is send but is not true. the IRS are waiting for you to send them the money back so they can send it to me but afther all my calls you guys just lied to me no email no nothing and don't fix the problem you theft I haven't received anything! I want my money

The IRS sent my money to this bank for some reason. Now the check they sent to me wont cash and I have a 9k check that's worth no more than the paper it's printed on. I can't get anyone to talk to me from the bank. when I do get ahold of someone, they tell me it's not their problem and they can't help. Given all the reviews with the same problem I've contacted the FBI and they are opening an investigation into this bank. hopefully a class action lawsuit will follow.
