I am a newbie...moving into the Berkshire Ridge Townhouses..<br>Needed assistance with questions getting my PODS scheduled to be delivered to the driveway..(rules & regulations) as a newbie I needed to know.as not to break any rules..<br>.Martin was on the ball...quick to respond to my questions with solid answers so I could proceed to arrange my move in coming real soon..It's always a good feeling knowing that I have chosen to live in a nice place and that there is a person in charge that is cares about my needs.
