If i could put 0 stars i would. The woman on the phone is absolutely downright rude. And i can tell nothing is happening behind the scenes about it because i see constant complaints on the reviews that they dont change. I dont understand how someone can hire rude people for customer service and keep them when clearly people have been complaining. I guess they dont take their work seriously, i can tell.
