  BEWARE: Lois Fein has no integrity. She undercuts seller's price to suit herself! She took advantage of my father's death to manipulate me to accept a much lower price. Did not give me comps in the neighborhood, and undercut my price significantly. She's a crook.

  My husband and I worked to sell our apartment, and we chose Lois and John. They went above and beyond to make our apartment look amazing by helping us bring over items for staging and setting everything up with us. They also worked directly with the photographer to ensure we got great angles so our apartment would be sale ready. Our apartment looked more phenomenal than we could have ever expected and that is solely thanks to their dedication. Once the sale process kicked off, they attended every showing to ensure we had seller representation and could personally convey the benefits of our apartment to each potential buyer. We are very thankful for their dedication, eye for design, and the willingness to go above and beyond throughout the sale process (from prep through execution).

  Lois and John are an amazing team. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave us great advice. They knew so much about our property and the community as well which was so important when it came to showings. They always went above and beyond in all aspects of selling our home. One of the many things I appreciated about John and Lois is that they care about your property and treat it as their own. They gave us many suggestions but were not pushy. We decided to stage our home and they picked out gorgeous pieces and made our home look like a true model home. They are also always present in all the showing as well which does not happen often with other realtors. They made sure everything was always on time and really were on top of eveyrthing. They know what they're doing and they do it well. They are prompt and professional in all aspects and we truly enjoyed working with Lois and John. We would highly recommend them.
