  My experience with Pinal was not a good one. She was rude and did not seem to be interested in helping me whatsoever. Would not recommend her as your sale associate. No thank you!

  TJ was absolutely amazing throughout our apartment rental process. He was attentive, helpful, responsive, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend TJ to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent!

  I met real estate agent Viara from this office during an open house as a buyer. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. She was unable to answer basic questions about the property and stated that she was "not a construction person, just a real estate agent," and did not make an effort to obtain information from the seller or other available sources.<br>During our conversation, she mentioned other properties she could show me but indicated that I should not use my existing agent from the same organization, which I understood as an attempt to represent me directly. This made me uncomfortable, as it appeared to create a conflict of interest.<br>After we submitted an offer, communication became difficult, and she avoided interacting with my agent and broker, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations for transparency, cooperation, and professionalism.

  There has been a rent dispute for September 2025. The representative, Edwin Flores, falsely claimed that my payment "bounced." After confirming with him in person at the Chase Bank branch in Edgewater that the payment did not bounce, he then claimed that the bank had "sided with me." This reflects very unprofessional communication. The issue is still ongoing and has caused me significant frustration. In addition, Edwin Flores is the only person I am able to communicate with, and I have been unable to find any other contact channel.
