I usually don't write reviews, but today, as usual, I visited Cortaditos. I ordered two pastelitos de carne, and shortly after, I started feeling unwell. I ended up with severe food poisoning, and I've been vomiting all day. This is a huge mistake that shouldn't happen in the food industry. I'm pretty disappointed. If you decide to order from Cortaditos, make sure that the food looks fresh. Definitely not coming back

The customer service was extremely poor--really, really bad. On top of that, they prepared our order incorrectly and served everything with a bad attitude. They didn't know how to make a proper coffee, and the staff looked annoyed the whole time. The food was okay, but the service was by far the worst part of the experience.<br><br>I came to this location because I had such a great experience at the Union City location. They were friendly there, and they made my coffee perfectly. Unfortunately, this location was completely different. They made the coffee terribly, gave us dirty looks just because we asked for a bag, and the coffee tasted awful. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won't be coming back.

Marilyn - Can you tell me the date and exact time of your visit? I would like to look into this in order to improve. Very sorry that the experience wasn't consistent with your Union City visit.<br><br>Very sorry and we will work to improve. I hate hearing of an experience like this.
