This review in particular is for the "SMART" paint repairs that are offered. I waited many weeks with high hopes for an appointment. The person who was sent was actually a local detailer who is also a contracted worker for Tri-State, so no one really from the actual company. This person showed up very late and They attempted to do some touch ups with a paint pen from autozone. This was something I could've done myself. The results were terrible. If acceptable repairs weren't able to be made, I'm not sure why this wasn't communicated before or when the detailer arrived at my house. It was a complete waste of time. At the end, I was also told the price was $250 for the job, which was only one scratch and a few tiny chips on the roof and liftgate. (I was quoted $85-$125 per panel (2 panels). All in all just a bad experience. I am grateful I wasn't charged though.

Our SMART repair service is specifically meant for minor, localized paint correction, and we're very detailed when putting together quotes so expectations are clear. Mike was very professional when he came and service my Lexus . He even offered me to watch him which some other company would want you out of sight. He came remove 3 dents within 1 hr I believe and also I had another job on a lease vehicle and instead of making money off me he told me anything smaller than a credit card size should be covered. Would highly recommend
