  8/26/2026~ Walgreen, great go to store in Fort Lee! Shandina, Manager, was a joy and delight speaking wih during my visit. He was professional, friendly and overall has the best demeanor by far. Shandina listened to my dilemma, executed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Walgreen to my family, constituents and social media followers. However, Ananna Associate/Cashier appeared to be frustrated and overwhelmed in her communication and transaction with me. This is why I asked for a management. Ananna will benefit in taking Customer Service Training. Ananna it's much easier to be kind to people, follow Shandina lead, he is the perfect people person example.

  I needed medication urgently. Was told by Walgreens pharmacist that this medication was not in stock and had to be ordered. Pharmacist didn't bother to check if this medication was available at any nearby Walgreens pharmacies. Pharmacist said it would take 2 days to get this medication. I called back on the 3rd day and was told by the same pharmacist that this medication was only delivered to them once a week and I would have to wait another 5 days for this medication. Why wasn't I told that when I called originally, 3 days ago ? I asked to check if any other Walgreens pharmacy had it in stock, although I presumed, erroneously, that they would automatically check their system before telling me to wait a week for an urgent medication. Turns out another Walgreens pharmacy nearby had it in stock . I am shocked at such irresponsible, unprofessional, and careless attitude of Walgreens pharmacist and staff. We are talking about medication, not a hand cream!

  I have to write about employee George. He is the best cashier I've ever had. He is really friendly and helpful. He knows where every item is, not only what row, but even what shelf! His customers all love him. George deserves a big raise and a promotion. He could run that whole store.

  I just went to the store and bought cigarettes and the old cashier told me 'I hope you die soon! I don't think he should judge people he's there to do a job and be respectful and keep your opinions to yourself he doesn't seem to care about his job. Didn't get his name but have receipts with his code on top I'm guessing, then when I talk to the manager he's making it seem like I'm lying, oh he's never got complaints, check the cameras I used to work for a Walgreens. Managers name sounded phony too.
