Brought my two cats for grooming, they claimed to have done deshedding but I see no signs of this as they shed as much as ever from the first day of treatment. It didn't help AT ALL. And they basically just cut the very tip of their nail which also did absolutely nothing for me as I usually cut it much further down so I don't have to do it again so soon. I was newly post partum and looking for some help. This was absolute waste of money as i have to do it all myself again anyway. Very overpriced for something that made no difference.

I was there last night and I came across the snake tank and there was a snake killing a poor rat ,well it was then dead .there were young children that seen this cruel horrible situation!FYI that is in humaine and cruel your suppose to feed frozen .and how can you workers be so irresponsible to do that knowing people and children are going to see that .please get it together in there .also take care of your fish more better also numerous xs I went there for fish and there were dead ones in the tanks.shame on you persmart

I waited for my dog for 4 hours and a half, and at the end, they told me they couldn't cut his fur because he was too "nervous"... ridiculous. Never bringing my dog here again. Unbelievable. Also they left my dog's paws and ears wet.

DO NOT USE!!!! Terrible customer service canceled my appointment twice, Rude, and don't even do a good job for what they charge so many better groomers out there
