I used too have NVE bank account and I closed after they deducted from my checking $ 2,000 USD.<br>Very poor management , no respond for their action.<br>Took my money in cold blood.

I came in to make a pretty important deposit sounds simple enough right? Of course, but honestly it takes a special kind of person to take a simple transaction and turn it into something extraordinary . I noticed someone new was working at this branch her name is Antonia she has a very high spirit and is extremely welcoming she offered new services without being pushy about it all and left me not only assured but left me with a fresh breath of air that I can look forward coming back knowing someone works here who CLEARLY loves they're job and does it with warmth and a huge smile on her face.

Just another bank which has now instituted fees on a "free checking account" AND which has done so with no notice. I will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau and FDIC. I CANNOT recommend this bank.
