  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Simply, you will be robbed. Miguel is not capable of doing the work and has a scam going where he seems to start jobs and has no intention of finishing them. I've had the worst experience with his company and after all is said and done find out this is a habit of his. He was hired to make a patio off my kitchen and quoted me 5 days work to do it since it wasn't a huge area and three months had gone by and we weren't even half way done. I needed up getting a new company to not only finish his work but re do it cause what was done was done incorrectly. So bad that my basement would have flooded because of his work. Patio stones were not done even and had weeds growing through it in a month time frame. My grass was ruined and it seemed his guys, especially Johan did not know what they were doing. This whole experience was a nightmare. I have filed a BBB complaint and am leaving reviews of my experience everywhere I can online. This guy doesn't even

  ZERO STARS! Miguel Zapata is a complete fraud. He permanently damaged my chimney and left with thousands of dollars. Never completed any work. Nonresponsive. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Very incompetent. DO NOT HIRE WELL-DUN CONSTRUCTION. RUN AWAY!

  I'd give zero stars if I could. My husband and I hired Mike and his cronies last year to do our deck. He needed to rip out the old wooden structure, secure joists, and replace water damaged planks with new planks. He was the supposed to install treks, paint the railings, install a new concrete walkway and lay down new sod. I knew something was off when DAY one he and his cronies showed up over an hour late. I had to call to inquire about his wear abouts. As the days went on, I was told there would be 2-3 guys working in my deck at a time to complete it quickly. Nope, it was just one guy, who was on his phone the whole day (I watched the footage from our camera). As time went on the deck was installed, concrete was complete, they had to install the sod as promised. Mike and his cronies installed 3/4 of the sod and then disappeared for almost two weeks. At this point he was given his money in full and just needed to get more sod, so I was very confused as to why he never came back. After

  Paid them thousands of dollars for a project in excess of $20,000 which included replacing my front steps. It's been a year and the steps are still not complete and they refuse to come back to fix the damages caused by the work that was never complete

  Complete fraud. Avoid at all costs. Mike made a bunch of lies after receiving deposit then stopped answering calls/text. No work was done, just ran off. Mike isn't even a licensed contractor but somehow runs this company under another's license. The license holder told me he doesn't even know where Mike is.
