This management company is horrible. They don't comprehend a salary income pay stub vs an hourly wage pay stub. Get better people to verify future tenants and maybe there will be hope for some stable income for this company.

They have gotten better and made improvements to the building but some of the newer tenants are trashy, inconsiderate and ghetto as all hell. I ordered cases of water from Walmart and got notifications that it was on its way. Before I could make it downstairs, someone saw the driver, forged my signature and took some of the water. Wow such trash! I hope someone steals all their clothes when they do laundry.
