Kristen asks you where your discomfort is and she doubles down on those areas. She knows what she is doing. Hands down one of the best massage therapists I've had. You'd be a fool to not book a massage with her.

Kristen gave the best and most thorough massage I've ever received. She asked about my problem areas, and was kind & attentive the entire time. She worked on my flexibility and smoothed out a bunch of tight spots. Best I've felt in ages. I will definitely be back!

Just had my first massage! And it was great!!! Kristin is very attentive, professional, and applies the right amount of pressure needed. The atmosphere is calming and soothing. I had a lot of pain in my lower back/sacrum and hips and she really helped me a lot. I for sure plan on seeing her again very soon!
