Self car wash was fun for the kids!

Today I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. The biggest issue was the lack of price transparency. There was no sign showing prices before entering. I asked for an interior and exterior wash, but they only told me the price ($36) after my car had already been taken in and the wash had started. At that point, I felt stuck and had no real choice but to pay. The staff were also extremely rude. Most of them couldn't speak English and instead of trying to communicate calmly, they kept raising their voices and shouting. No one explained the process or pricing in a clear or respectful way. Between the hidden pricing and unprofessional behavior, I definitely would not recommend this place.

not a bad place to get a quick wash. have self service options as well. always very busy at night. most recent trip guy was blasting music so loud it was hard to stay more than 5 minutes.
