Beyond terrible. MY DRESS IS RUINED. It's for a family wedding next week!!!<br>I've used this location for 20years or so for alterations. Years back she used to do a good job.<br>I just took a dress to her to for a simple hem to shorten length and shorten sleeves. I can't lift arms, she claimed "oh I didn't think that could happen ", the hem was so uneven, 4 inches longer in the back than the front, 2 inches longer on left front than right front. Total disaster. I asked her to fix it and she couldn't figure out how to do it. She even asked Me to pin it then she hem it. Why am I paying her for me to do it ?Then she goes on to tell me "I give you money to buy new dress and I fix again". Seriously?! I asked for my money back and bolted out of there.

She is the best Tailor in the tri-state area. No job too big or too small. I travel from Manhattan for her to tailor all my clothes.
